1. Are your products made to order?
Yes! All items are made just for you after your order is placed. This on-demand approach allows us to reduce waste and offer more personalized designs.
2. How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed in 2–7 business days, then shipped via one of Printify’s fulfillment partners.
- U.S. Orders: Usually arrive within 3–7 business days after production.
- International Orders: Delivery can take 5–20 business days, depending on destination and customs.
3. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide! Shipping times and costs may vary depending on your location. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes imposed by their country.
4. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your cart. We aim to keep shipping affordable and transparent.
5. Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your package in real time.
6. My package is delayed or lost — what should I do?
If it’s been over 7 business days (U.S.) or 21 days (international) since your order shipped, and there’s no tracking update, please reach out to us at orders@designsbydice.com. We’ll work with Printify and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
7. Can I return or exchange my order?
Because each item is custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item is defective. Please double-check sizing, color, and shipping information before placing your order. View size & color info →

Product FAQs
1. What type of shirts do you use?
We use high-quality, comfortable tees that are soft, lightweight, and breathable. Most are made from 100% ring-spun cotton or a cotton/polyester blend depending on the color and style.
2. How do I find the right size?
Each product has a sizing chart linked in the description. Click “Size Chart” drop down menu to view measurements and tips on how to choose the best fit. We recommend measuring a favorite shirt at home and comparing it to the chart for accuracy.
3. What printing method is used?
Our items are printed using Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing, a high-quality process that produces vibrant, long-lasting designs. DTG ink is water-based and eco-friendly.
4. Will the design fade or peel after washing?
Not if you follow proper care instructions! To maintain quality, we recommend:
- Wash inside out in cold water
- Tumble dry low or hang dry
- Avoid bleach and ironing directly on the design
5. Do your shirts shrink?
Most of our shirts are pre-shrunk, but slight shrinking may occur after the first wash. To reduce shrinking, always follow care instructions.
6. Do you offer plus sizes?
Yes! Many of our tees go up to 3XL or 5XL, depending on the style. If you don’t see your size listed, feel free to email us at designsbydice.shop@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
7. Are your items unisex?
Yes! Most of our tees are unisex fit, which means they’re designed to flatter all body types. For a more fitted look, you may want to size down.
8. Will the shirt color affect the design?
Yes, especially with lighter or darker shirt options. Some designs may appear more vibrant on certain colors. We only offer combinations that have been tested for best visibility.
9. Can I customize a design?
We don’t offer custom designs at this time, but we’re always open to suggestions! Message us on TikTok at designsbydice or email us at support@designsbydice.com if there’s something you'd love to see.
Return Policy FAQs
1. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
No. Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If this happens, please email us at orders@designsbydice.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
2. Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only issued if your item is damaged, misprinted, or defective.
Please note: Digital products are final sale and non-refundable due to the nature of downloadable content.
3. Can I cancel or change my order after it's placed?
Orders go into production immediately, so we are unable to cancel or edit them once submitted.
Please double-check all details before checking out. This includes:
- Your shipping address
- Product selection (color, size, quantity)
- Customization details (if applicable)
- Your email address for receiving confirmation and tracking info
We follow Printify’s cancellation guidelines for physical products.
