Thank you for shopping with Designs by Dice! All of our products are made to order and fulfilled through our trusted print provider, Printify, to ensure high-quality, efficient production.
1. Processing Time
Orders typically take 5–7 business days (excluding holidays/weekends) to be processed and fulfilled before shipping. During high-volume seasons (like holidays), production times may be slightly longer. *If an order is placed on a weekend please expect production to begin by Monday or Tuesday*
2. Shipping Times
Shipping times vary by destination:
- United States: 3–7 business days after production time.
- International (Canada, Mexico, Australia): 7–21 business days depending on location and customs
You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
No EU/UK orders at this time.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and items ordered. We do not currently offer free shipping, but we’re working toward flat-rate or discounted options in the future!
4. International Shipping
Yes, we ship internationally! Please note that customs fees, taxes, or import duties may apply depending on your country and are the buyer’s responsibility.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking to update.
6. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us at orders@designsbydice.com. We’ll work with Printify and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. For damaged items, please email a photo of the damage along with your order number.
