Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

 

At Designs By Dice, all products are made to order, which means we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective. If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item by emailing orders@designsbydice.com. Be sure to include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review and resolve it promptly.

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital downloads are final sale and non-refundable. Once a file has been delivered, we cannot offer cancellations, exchanges, or refunds.

 

Order Cancellations

 

As our physical products are produced on demand, we follow Printify’s cancellation policy, which does not allow for cancellations or edits once an order is submitted. Orders go into production immediately, so please double-check your details before checking out.
This includes:

• • Correct name and shipping address (including apartment or unit number, if applicable)
  • Email address (to receive order confirmation and tracking info)
  • Correct product selection (including color, size, and variant)
  • Quantity of each item
  • Any customization details, if applicable
